Startup Common Sense, Part 1

I find these statements hard to argue with:

Startups fail at a rate of 90%, mostly because they fail to find product-market fit before running out of resources. Building a product soaks up resources and *isn’t necessary* to test PMF.

So the logical conclusion is to test for product-market fit before building an MVP.
